Do I need to take a DNA test before starting?

If you already have one (23andMe, Ancestry, etc.), great — we'll analyze your raw data. If not, we'll guide you through ordering a kit during onboarding. Either way, your blueprint comes first.

How is this different from a regular coaching program?

Most programs apply the same framework to everyone. We start with your biology — DNA, microbiome, hormones, lifestyle — and build the program around what your body is actually wired for.

How long until I see results?

Energy, sleep, and digestion shifts often happen in the first 2–3 weeks. Body composition, strength, and lab markers change meaningfully across the first 90 days when the protocol is followed.

Is this only for athletes or already-fit people?

No. This is for anyone serious about feeling and performing better — beginner or advanced. The programming scales to where you are today.

What if I have a medical condition?

We work alongside (not in place of) your medical providers. During intake we screen for conditions and tailor the protocol to be safe and complementary to any care you're receiving.

What's the time commitment?

Most clients spend 30–45 minutes per day on training and 15 minutes on tracking. The protocols are designed to fit a real, busy life.
